Impure compressed air

1 ] Moist, warm, impure compressed air flows in to be cooled by cold air. 4 ] Reheating of compressed air Purpose: · No condensation of pipe system from the outside · Energy saving 2 ] The compressed air is separated inside the new type of low speed separator from the condensate with almost 100% effectiveness. 3 ] Afterwards the condensate is drained from the system.
Refrigerant
Stainless steel prevents the occurrence of corrosion and oxidation. x Large heat exchanger surfaces occupying the smallest possible space provide an even flow profile and ultimate cooling performance (extremely high cold storage capacity) x Optimal transport of liquid and solid matter is achieved by vertical air conduction. This principle has definite advantages: it is self-cleaning, does not build up dirt and guarantees permanently smooth surfaces x The plate profile forms large, easily eliminated drops of condensation.

When running in partial load operation the ESA saves precious energy due to the automatic shut-down of the refrigeration compressor x ESA acquires all parameters relevant for operation and controls the dryer electronically. x Genuine cold storage - in the form of liquid refrigerant keeps the number of switching actuations down.
