SCHUTZ DER AGA-LED® BELEUCHTUNGSEINHEITEN PROTECTION OF AGA-LED® LIGHTING UNITS
Caractéristiques Toutes les unités lumineuses AGA-LED® fabriquées pour Agabekov Lighting Company International®, sont enduites pour leur assurer une protection contre l'humidité et la poussière. L'enduit appliqué est une solution acrylique claire sans dissolvants chlorés ou CFC's. Les UV produits par la lumière du soleil n'influenceront pas la translucidité de l'enduit. L'enduit résiste aux températures s'étendant de -40°C à 125°C. Les contacts de l'unité ne sont pas enduits, une oxydation peut se produire mais les trois points de contact ajustés garantissent un raccordement fiable. L'effet de l'humidité sur le rendement lumineux d'une unité AGA-LED® est négligeable. C'est la chaleur qui accélère la dégradation. Nous avons exposé plusieurs unités lumineuses AGA-LED® sans enduit pendant deux ans, aux conditions extérieures. Eigenschaften Alle AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten, hergestellt für Agabekov Lighting Company International®, werden beschichtet, um Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit und Staub sicherzustellen. Diese Schutzschicht besteht aus Acryl, ohne Chlor-Lösungsmitteln oder FCKW. Die Beschichtung ist resistent gegen die UVStrahlen des Tageslichts und bleibt transparent. Die Beschichtung ist im Bereich von 40°C bis 125°C temperaturbeständig. Die Kontaktstücke an den Enden sind nicht beschichtet und Oxidation kann auftreten, aber die drei justierten Kontaktpunkte garantieren für einen zuverlässigen Anschluss. Feuchtigkeit hat kaum Auswirkungen auf die Lichtleistung. Dagegen trägt Hitze zur schnelleren Alterung der Beleuchtungseinheiten bei. Wir haben einige AGA-LED® Beleuchtungseinheiten ohne Beschichtung zwei Jahre lang unter Aussenbedingungen benutzt. Characteristics All AGA-LED® ligthing units manufactured for Agabekov Lighting Company International®, are coated to protect them from humidity and dust. The applied coating is clear acrylic formulated without chlorinated solvents or CFC's. The UV, generated by sunlight, will not influence the translucence of the coating. The coating product withstands temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C. The contact-ends of the unit are not coated. Oxidization can occur but the three tight-fitted contact points should guarantee a reliable connection. The effect of humidity on the light-output of a AGA-LED®, is negligible. It is the heat that speeds up the degradation. We exposed several AGA-LED® lighting units without coating for two years, in external conditions.
