Deceuninck NV announces CEO departure
Deceuninck NV announces today the mutual decision between the Board of Directors and Mr. Bruno
Humblet to terminate their collaboration. As a result, Mr. Bruno Humblet will step down from the position as CEO of Deceuninck and other roles within the Group and its subsidiaries by end of February 2024.
Bruno Humblet joined the Board of Directors of Deceuninck NV in 2020 and was appointed CEO as of
January 2022. The Board of Directors of Deceuninck NV and Mr. Bruno Humblet acknowledge a misalignment in their visions for the execution of the group's strategic plan, leading to the termination of their collaboration.
The Board has initiated a search for a new CEO.
During the interim period, until a new CEO is appointed, daily management of the Group will be carried out by the executive management team, under the leadership of the Executive Chairman, Mr. Francis
Van Eeckhout. The Executive Chairman, in collaboration with the Board, will actively support the Group's transition and will continue to execute all plans.
The Board wants to thank Mr. Bruno Humblet for his contributions to Deceuninck NV since 2020 in both roles.
Based on preliminary and unaudited information, Deceuninck NV confirms its previously disclosed 2023
financial guidance to realize another growth year in Adj. EBITDA.
