1 Caractéristiques générales / General specification :
1-1 Domaine d'application du boisseau / Purpose of the hopper bottom silo :
Produits pouvant être stockés / products that can be stored :
Blé, maNs, orge, seigle, soja en grain et pois secs jusqu'à 18 % de teneur en eau. / Wheat, maize, barley, rye, soya bean and dry peas with a maximum humidity rate of 18%.
Riz cargo jusqu'à 10 % de teneur en eau. / Cargo rice with a maximum humidity rate of 10%.
Tournesol, colza jusqu'à 12 % de teneur en eau. Sunflower, rape with a maximum humidity rate of 12%.
Granulés industriels s'écoulant bien, de poids spécifique inférieur à 800 kg/m 3 (bois en plaquettes, sciures, copeaux,
polystyrène). Industrial granules flowing well, with a maximum specific weight of 800kg/m3.
Cas particulier du maNs humide / Case of the wet maize :
Le maNs humide qui, au moment de la récolte, peut contenir de 35 % à 45 % d'eau, peut être considéré comme ne présentant pas le risque de voûte, si celui-ci ne séjourne pas plus de 72 heures dans les cellules de stockage. Au-delà de cette durée, une fermentation est à craindre et des dispositifs doivent être mis en Suvre pour empêcher tout effet de voûte et pour faciliter la vidange.
En pratique, pour le maNs humide, nous consulter pour le renforcement de la cellule.
Wet maize can, when it is being harvested, have a moisture content of 35 to 45 %.
There is no risk of collapsing of crusted grain, if the wet maize does not remain in a flat or hopper bottom bin for more than 72
hours. After that period of time, a fermentation might occur, and security measures must be organised, in order to avoid any risk of collapsing of grain, and to make the emptying easier.
Therefore, for wet maize, ask us for the reinforcement of the bin.

Le riz paddy, le tourteau de soja, les pellets de raisin, le charbon. / Paddy rice, soya bean cakes, grape peels, coal.
Produit ne devant pas être stockés / Products that must not be stored :
Les sables et graviers argileux, le phosphate Thomas, la chaux, la farine de poisson, le soja extrudé, la farine de blé et tout autre pulvérulent. / Sand, lime, fish meal, wheat flour, popped soya beans and all other powdery products.
Règle d'utilisation / Instructions :
La vidange est CENTREE et GRAVITAIRE. / The bin must be emptied by GRAVITY through the CENTER.
La cellule doit être utilisée comme CELLULE DE STOCKAGE (au maximum 20 rotations par an). / The bin must be used as a
STORAGE BIN (no more than 20 fillings per year).
Dans le cas d'une cellule de travail (plus de 20 rotations par an), nous consulter. / If it is a work bin (more than 20 fillings per year), the bin must be specially designed.
